install filtering documentation

I was going through the documentation for the "install filtering" section.  I tried to do up spamassassin, but it would appear that `toaster_setup.pl -s spamassassin` is not valid.

When I run that command -- toaster_setup.pl shows all of the available options, and spamassassin is not one of them.

Heh heh, for once the documentaton is ahead of the source code. That's a 4.07 feature.
