Strange SMTP error

Hi,

I just setup 2 new domains on my server, which has been running great.  Neither of these 2 domains can send mail.  They are setup in the correct files, and all have the correct permissions.   These are the only two domains with the problem.

When trying to send mail, we get this message:
Send test email message: The specified server was found, but there was no response from the server.  Please verify that the port and SSL information is correct.

It's like it does not recognize the user.

Any ideas?

please provide either packet sniffing output of the connection; or simply the output of test such as http://www.tnpi.biz/internet/mail/forge.shtml" target="_blank">this
so it can be seen what is going on.
