Courier-Imap, and ACL issues.

Okay, I did something silly and portupgraded my server. I managed to reclaim most of the damage done, but one issue still remains. When I log in via IMAP, I have issues. If I use squirrelmail, I get the following:
ERROR : Connection dropped by imap-server. Query: SELECT "INBOX"
in the middle and:
ERROR : Connection dropped by imap-server. Query: SUBSCRIBE "INBOX.Sent"
in the left hand nav column. If I log in via an e-mail client, I get varrying messages. In my /var/log/maillog I see:

Dec 14 13:48:43 Extacy imapd: Error reading ACLs for INBOX.qmail: No such file or directory

Any ideas? My guess is that courier-imap either doesn't understand where to locate the users Maildir's, or maybe it's not talking to MySql correctly... The login goes fine, so I don't see it as an AUTH problem per se... Kinda stuck on where to go from here. Any ideas? Thanks!
