Mail::Toaster 3.42 pre-release

A pre-release 3.42 version of Mail::Toaster is now posted in the sources directory.

If you have a recent Mail::Toaster and simply want the mailbox cleaning and spam training functions to work, download and install it and do steps 3 and 5 from the upgrade doc:

I've already installed 3.42 on my Mail::Toaster and built it once on my test box but I'm fixing other little things like the sqwebmail install-configure thing before releasing a final 3.42 version.
