Setup of MailServer

Pardon me if this question has been asked and answered before.  I am currently running a FreeBSD mailserver, setup using an older version of Matt's Mail toaster... I have of course lost the documentation from that setup.  One part of the documentation covered what packages and steps to execute before running the toaster scripts, so that the box contained the proper executables, libararies and permissions.

I am getting ready to build a new mailserver on more robust hardware, in preparation for making it a production mailserver for my new WISP venture.  Is there a word/pdf with the pre-configuration step for the box before running the toaster.pl.
