Why toaster calls for old ucd-snmp-4.2.6_3 and not net-snmp5

Stop in /usr/ports/net-mgmt/net-snmp4.

I mean net-snmp gets installed by mod_php4-4.3.4_7,1
squirrelmail-1.4.2_1 and then toaster calls for an odler version, how to fix that?
