After following the instructions for installing via Mail::Toaster I ran the toaster-setup.pl -s test to check that everything was installed fine.
The first major problem I encounter is that /usr/local/vpopmail/bin is completely empty.  Running toaster_setup.pl -s vpopmail doesn't put anything in these directories for me.
Looking more closely at the output of toaster_setup.pl -s vpopmail, I see all the binaries have been created in /usr/home/vpopmail/bin.  Is this correct?  The test section is not looking in there...
Any ideas what might cause this and how to get vpopmail installed properly?
Duncan
[UPDATE]
I copied the files from /usr/home/vpopmail to /usr/local/vpopmail.  Is this the right thing to do?

That may work, but make sure that whatever is in toaster-watcher for vpopmails home directory matches what's in /etc/passwd.

The entry in /etc/passwd was for /usr/home/vpopmail, while in toaster-watcher.conf it was /usr/local/vpopmail.  Now I have changed /etc/passwd do I need to run toaster_setup.pl -s vpopmail again?
Thanks for help!

I personally would stop all services, do a pkg_delete on vpopmail, rm the binaries you copied; and then do the toaster_setup.pl -s vpopmail
