It worked the first time i installed it, then i rebooted the box for whatever reasons and now toaster watcher gives me an error message if i try to run it.
FAILURE: Couldn't find QS section in /usr/local/vpopmail/etc/tcp.smtp.cdb
You need to add the following lines as documented in the toaster-watcher.conf and FAQ:
### BEGIN QMAIL SCANNER VIRUS ENTRIES ###
### END QMAIL SCANNER VIRUS ENTRIES ###
So, How do I reinstall it?
So, do you have those two lines in your '~vpopmail/etc/tcp.smtp'?
If you're on an older toaster, they don't like trailing whitespace.

I'd had similar probs, but adding those lines to '~vpopmail/etc/tcp.smtp' fixed it.
