duplicate emails

Email messages have been sent minutes and or seconds apart for some users recently.  Not sure what may have caused this.  Here's a couple of headers;


by 10.200.10.16 with ESMTPA; 7 Jun 2011 18:49:44 -0000
by 10.200.10.16 with ESMTPA; 7 Jun 2011 18:47:27 -0000



by 10.200.10.16 with (AES128-SHA encrypted) SMTP; 8 Jun 2011 10:35:14 -0000
by 10.200.10.16 with (AES128-SHA encrypted) SMTP; 8 Jun 2011 10:35:25 -0000

by 10.200.10.16 with SMTP; 7 Jun 2011 20:21:25 -0000
by 10.200.10.16 with SMTP; 7 Jun 2011 20:18:10 -0000


Any thoughts as to where to troubleshoot this?
