Cannot locate rrdutil.cgi

I installed the RRDUTIL bundle alone (With the Matt::Bundle of course) but after the install I cannot find the rrdutil.cgi script.  I have searched for it, as well as looked in the CGI-BIN, cannot find it anywhere.  Where does the script put this file?
