Nictool password

Hi!

Does somebody have a way to hash (MD5,SHA1..) the nictool's password
I want to authenticate user from LDAP.

When a user trie to login nictool, if error, i tri to authenticate this user on LDAP.
If success login to LDAP, I create the myslq login for that user.
My issu is that user password is in paintext.

Is there a way in the NicToolApi to look for hash password ?

I solve my issue.
Now mysql password tab is encrypted
