qqtools.pl show blank messages in queue (newbie)

If I run qqtool.pl -a list Its showing email like the following (the number is growing):

mail# qqtool.pl -a list
Qmail Queue Tool v 1.7

remote has 3 messages
local has 0 messages

message # 5/28 to
From:
Subject:

message # 6/466 to
From:
Subject:

message # 10/33 to
From:
Subject:

I can't tell if they're being generated inside the box(crontab)or outside (mailbomb). They show up as remote messages.

Is there a main log that show all messages coming into the server? (newbie)

Any help would be great.

Sorry, something somewhere changed and now qqtool is broken (on some installs). I haven't been able to figure out why yet.
