SOAP Patch problems

I seem to be having issues getting the SOAP patch to apply it keeps failing with the following error.

[root@smicro Transport]# patch -p0 < ../../../HTTP.pm.patch

I am attempting to patch SOAP-Lite-0.60a on CentOS 4.2 running apache 2.0.52 mod_perl 1.99
