How to limited rcpt to until 5 if a user wanna send message?

I'm new in toaster. And now I have problem from my client to configure qmail rcpt to.

He wanna user limited sending email until 5 rcpt to. but i try to used rcpt configuration to limiting user send mail five time.

I have failed in that program/script.

Please help me to do that.
