Turn off logging of all incoming emails?

Maybe someone can help me with this without me posting every config file I have.
When receiving a message from a remote host, I receive three emails in my catch-all account (which is my personal one too).

In order i receive it like this from looking at the logs.
mailto:log@example.com" target="_blank">log@example.com
mailto:myname@example.com" target="_blank">myname@example.com
mailto:log@example.com" target="_blank">log@example.com

Is there any way to turn this feature off? Looks like some logging feature.

verify all debugging and extraneous logging options are disabled in the toaster config files
