Upgraded - Toaster Broken

I attempted to do a upgrade last night, and my toaster is compleatly broken. In the queue there is quite a few mail saying

'FAILURE: Couldn't find QS section in /usr/local/vpopmail/etc/tcp.smtp'

Please help

Do you have QS lines in your ~vpopmail/etc/tcp.smtp ?

Should have something like this:

# Use Qmail-Scanner with SpamAssassin on any mail from the rest of the world
:allow,QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl"

I am getting these errors as well. The toaster-watcher.conf points for proper file:
submit_relay_database          = /usr/local/vpopmail/etc/tcp.smtp.cdb
submit_qmail_queue             = /var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl
and my tcp.smtp has the appropriate lines:
## Allow localhost and any local network addresses to relay ##
127.0.0.1:allow,RELAYCLIENT="",RBLSMTPD="",QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail-queue"
:allow,QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl"
## end ##

Using the latest version of the toaster.
