qmail+clamav

Hi,

I've installed qmail and clamav and qmail-scanner. test_installation.sh of qmail-scanner is working fine. If i find messages  to localhost user, it catches and not for any other mail ids. It also delivers that message instead of quartaining it. Please guide me how can i  scan all outgoing and incoming mails and quarantine virus attached mails.
