Nah, I guess they're supposed to be created for you during install (which in your case supposedly didn't happen).

Nope, didn't. There's something broken on my system and it's not toaster nor is it qmail. I got the install past that error (to the next one) by going to the qmail ports directory and `make`ing it once from there.
