the 3/4 of my emails do not pass...

I've install toaster but I experiment a problem that I can't understand.
If I log on the mail server via the shell and try to send an email I
have no problem but if I try by using outlook from another box 3/4 of
my mails are blocked.

The error message outlook gives to me is...

 Une erreur inconnue s'est produite. Objet 'test', Compte : test,
Serveur : '192.168.1.3', Protocole : SMTP, Réponse du serveur : '451 qq
temporary problem (#4.3.0)', Port : 25, Sécurisé (SSL) : Non, Erreur de
serveur : 451, Numéro d'erreur : 0x800CCC6A

Sorry, it's a french version of outlook but I'm pretty sure you can
understand the error.

Check your /var/log/maillog file and see if there aren't any errors in there from clamdscan.  I think you'll find there are.

You can disable qmailscanner by setting:

 smtpd_qmail_queue          = /var/qmail/bin/qmail-queue

in your toaster-watcher.conf file and then run toaster-watcher.pl and qmail-scanner will be disabled.

I have nailed down exactly what the clamdscan problem is but there appears to be some issues with using it and qmail-scanner 1.20 that using 1.21 fixes.

Yup. I've got something similar.

The standard clamdscan tests work fine, even including the flags used in Matt's code:

 clamdscan -l -r --disable-summary --max-recursion=10 --max-space=1000000  -l scan.txt clamav-0.67-1

Yet, if I enable it in the scanner I get the error and the MUA tells me it can't send to that address.

ClamAV return code 2 is a generic broken stuff code, so I'm not getting anywhere with that.

My only solution so far has been to disable "clamdscan_scanner" in 'qmail-scanner-queue.pl'

i'm 3 domains...

Domain 1 , ok for receive and send Email

Domain 2 and 3 , ok for receive email...
but for send....
