BIND Exports - Matt finally eats his dog food

Version 2.18 of NicTool includes many improvements to BIND exports.

# $ dig +short version.bind @ns2.cadillac.net. txt chaos
"NicTool BIND"

That little statement means that after an 11 year hiatus, yours truly is running BIND on one of his nameservers. And thus, the export scripts for BIND recently gained some significant improvements, including instructions: https://github.com/msimerson/NicTool/wiki/Export-to-BIND
