I'm getting this error message(s) (during installation:
ERROR: Please edit the example config file /usr/local/etc/clamav.conf.
ERROR: Can't open/parse the config file /usr/local/etc/clamav.conf

or even if i type clamd:
tomq# clamd

the file had only read perms i trie to add write perms for user and group but still nothing, i don't get it.Please help

There's a line in the default config file that just says "Example"

The authors placed that there to keep the config file from being valid.

At minimum, you need to get rid of that line before clamd will start.

do i need to change anything in that cnfig at all besides commenting out the Example?
