Let's say I decide to use additional rules from the rules emporium (http://www.rulesemporium.com/rules.htm). Well, it's as easy as just placing the .cf file in your /usr/local/etc/mail/spamassassin directory.

Most of the SARE rules can be automatically updated. I would like to know if there is already a mechanism to ask SA to fetch the most updated rule files at a periodic time interval? Or is this something that I have to script myself?

Just wanted to make sure I'm not re-inventing the wheel. Thanks.
