Title: SMTP Restarting

I recently upgraded my toaster to 4.08 from an early 3.0 release.

Since then, the SMTP restarts every 5 minutes.  Is it supposed to do that?

Just making sure I have everything working right.

Yes, that's normal. toaster-watcher restarts qmail-smtpd after it rebuilds the smtp/run file.  Now that I verify if the new file is different than the old, the next step will be to not restart qmail-smtpd unless the file has changed. I've put that on the TODO for 4.09.

Sounds great.  Atleast I know I'm not going crazy now.

Now I just have to figure out how to get Courier to work properly with PHP4 since that upgrade.
