Title: Qmailadmin+imap
Post by: normal1 on February 16, 2005, 04:14:03 PM
Hello,

I'm trying to figure out why when I add an account through qmailadmin and the user specifies spam detection no folder is created in squirrelmail. I'm awefully new to this so forgive me is the question is naive. I'll I'm trying to accomplish is for the user to have a spam folder or at least the option to have a spam folder subscription through squirrelmail when the accoun is added.

Any help will be appreciated.

If the Spam folder is not present, maildrop will create the directory when Spam arrives and drop it there.

Thanks! I figured, the problem I guess is now tweaking spamass to block what is real spam. It appears as though it only blocks HARD CORE spam (i.e. obvious spam) but subtle ones dont get filtered. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Okay this is a learning experience for me so thats why I keep asking questions. It appears as though:

A spam message comes in and its tagged.
Then the recipient goes to (in this case sqwebmail)
but cant see the spam messages because he/she has to subscribe to the spam folder.

took a while to figure it out but its gewd. Laughing  Shocked
