The Network People, Inc. The Network People is a small corporation providing internet and networking services to businesses around the world. Primary services offered are internet email server design and consulting and hosting of various kinds including web, email, and DNS. The corporation is owned by 5 shareholders and managed by its founder, Matt Simerson. History TNP is a privately held Michigan Corporation, founded in 1995 as "MichWeb, Inc.", an ISP serving the area surrounding Cadillac, MI. The corporation grew quite rapidly, achieving all the goals set for it by its owners. The assets of the Corporation (including the name) were sold to Voyager in 1999 and the corporation was renamed "The Network People, Inc." The sale proceeds were distributed to the 13 shareholders who took their capital gains and went merrily on their way. The corporation was dormant from 1999-2003.
